Japanese Acupuncture – Contact Needling

This is an excerpt from a lesson on the World Acupuncture Learning Program in which we discuss the proper technique for applying contact needling to the surface of the skin. This seemingly simple Japanese Acupuncture technique is excellent for deficient patients or can be applied to accentuate any carefully considered treatment. Practising this skill is very beneficial for your dexterity and is, thus, good training to improve all your needle techniques.
